- ➤ The ITD announced a temporary shift starting tomorrow evening from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for reconfiguring lanes at SH-16 and SH-44 for construction, and on Thursday the agency will reopen two lanes on SH-44 while keeping SH-16 limited to one lane south of the intersection. IdahoNews
