The Western Idaho Fair will open tomorrow — offering food, carnival games and animal exhibits for a week and a half of fun.

Visitors can get free entry on opening day by donating two non-perishable food items for the Boise State Food Pantry between noon and 4 p.m.

Idaho Horsemen owner Chris Reynolds said the team will not return to the Ford Idaho Center in 2026 — rising facility costs and lower attendance make it hard to keep the team operating in Idaho.
