The westbound on-ramp to Interstate 84 at Garrity Boulevard in Nampa will close tonight at 8 p.m.—crews will complete paving work and reopen it at 5 a.m. Tuesday while drivers are urged to use Northside Boulevard or Meridian Road for access.
