- ➤ The Caldwell Fire Department responded to a fallen tree branch hitting a home at 10:12 a.m. on Wednesday— the branch also brought down a power line that affected a parked vehicle and the residence, and paramedics transported one person to the hospital before Idaho Power secured the scene.
