- ➤ The College of Western Idaho named Mahmood Sheikh as its inaugural Athletic Director to launch intramural and intercollegiate athletics and he will begin his role on June 1. - ➤ Doctors at St. Luke’s Cancer Institute are leading a national study to understand a rise in colon cancer among young adults (from their 20s to 40s); the study collects samples, medical history, and lifestyle data from Treasure Valley participants for analysis by Dana-Farber. IdahoNews
