The Idaho State Police investigated a fatal crash near Dry Lake Road and Bowmont Road early Sunday morning when a red 2008 Nissan Armada driven by a 36-year-old man did not stop at a stop sign and left the roadway — the driver was pronounced dead at the scene and his 19-year-old passenger was taken to the hospital.
