Today, the City of Caldwell said it did not use public funds to pay for city officials' personal legal representation by noting that Rosholt Law works for officials in their own capacity.
The statement comes as Mayor Jarom Wagoner and four council members face a recall effort while previous investigations found insufficient evidence of fund misuse.
Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer among men in the U.S. and, as of 2022, Idaho had an incidence rate of 110.6 per 100,000; doctors say men should begin annual screening at age 50 until 70 to catch the slow-growing disease before symptoms appear — early detection helps guide treatment options. Dr. Hasan Dani of the Idaho Urologic Institute explained that screening decisions are made with the help of a doctor to weigh the benefits and risks.
