- ➤ Idaho Power filed its annual Power Cost Adjustment with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to request a decrease in electric rates, meaning a typical resident using 950 kilowatt-hours per month will see an 8.26% drop in cost or about $9.97 if approved.
