Make-A-Wish Idaho, in partnership with CBS2, FOX9 and News Talk KBOI, will host the Wishes in Flight telethon on Thursday to collect donations that include air miles needed for family travel and cash for non-travel wishes.
Phone donations will be accepted from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.—each ticket requires between 60,000 and 70,000 miles while the campaign also seeks $20,000 for non-travel wishes.

The agency advises using bear-resistant containers and removing bird feeders—measures aimed at preventing bear conflicts in the community.
Idaho Secretary of State Phil McGrane testified before a U.S. House subcommittee about the state's record 2024 election, noting a turnout of 917,000 voters and the use of the SAVE database to verify voter eligibility—he also credited the Only Citizens Can Vote Act for ensuring that only American citizens were allowed to vote.
