🚨 Crime
On March 21 at about 6:30 p.m., Caldwell Police arrested 21-year-old Jazmin Ramirez after she allegedly fired a gun during a street fight in the 800 block of Chicago Street—witnesses said 15 to 20 people in gang attire were involved, no one was injured by the gunfire, and after fleeing, Ramirez turned herself in and was taken to the hospital for injuries.

On Saturday, Idahoans rallied at the Idaho Capitol to urge state leaders to protect public lands from privatization by special interests—speakers such as Representative Monica Church and actor Chance Rush called for stronger state action to secure these lands.
