- ➤ Caldwell Mayor Eric Phillips said he remains heartbroken after Nampa Mayor Rick Hogaboam collapsed and died at a Treasure Valley Partnership town hall Wednesday night; he thanked emergency responders and affirmed that Caldwell will continue the community projects they had planned. IdahoNews
