- ➤ Canyon County, Nampa, and Caldwell will continue contracting with West Valley Humane Society for animal shelter services through Sept. 30 (FY 2026) at a funding level 400% higher than last year after Copper Quill Haven dropped out; monthly coordination meetings will begin in March to plan service improvements.
