About this event
Reconnect** Rebalance**Rehydrate **Release your body from the inside-out. MELT® Method (www.meltmethod.com) is a guided class incorporating compression and lengthening techniques to revive and renew the synergy of your body. Using a medium density foam roller and softballs, this class will systematically work through the entire body using specific maps to rebalance and rehydrate stuck tissue. Fascia plays an important role in the support and function within our bodies. In a healthy state, the fascia is relaxed and wavy in configuration. It has the ability to stretch and move without restriction. When the body experiences physical or emotional trauma, scarring, or inflammation, the fascia loses its pliability. It becomes tight, restricted, and a source of tension to the rest of the body. This class aims to revitalize the fascia tissue, create better flexibility and freedom with all movement. This is an all-levels class - to learn more visit www.meltmethod.com You will need a full-size foam roller for this class. Some classes will also use small MELT balls - these can be purchase by emailing info@28streetbarre.com These classes are hosted by ZOOM and will be sent 30 minutes before class.
