Sourdough Dinner Rolls with Kala Riddle

Take your sourdough skills to the next level in this NEW holiday class with sourdough baker Kala Riddle!

You'll learn all the steps to make naturally leavened sourdough dinner rolls at home without a mixer, including how to care for your sourdough starter for years. Made with a blend of spelt and bread flour, these rolls have a tender texture and rich flavor that make them a delicious addition to your holiday table.

In this demonstration-style class, Kala will guide you through the process step-by-step, sharing techniques and tips, and troubleshooting common sourdough challenges.

Attendees will leave with an active sourdough starter, a detailed recipe, and everything you need to recreate fresh sourdough dinner rolls for your holiday table.
