Invitation: Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the New BSU ESI Construction Management Building

Join us for an exclusive, escorted group tour of Boise State University’s brand-new ESI Construction Management Building ! Opened in October 2026, this state-of-the-art facility is the first fully industry-funded academic building on campus, made possible by lead donor Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) and over 200 industry partners. Designed as a living classroom, the building's structural and mechanical systems are fully exposed to serve as an active part of the curriculum.

What You Will See on the Tour

• Mass Timber & Structural Framing: Explore the cutting-edge mass-timber construction, exposed structural systems, and architectural framing that highlight modern sustainable building methods.

• The High-Bay & Crane: Step into the massive 3,300-square-foot high-bay area featuring an overhead crane and dedicated space to interact directly with construction materials and heavy equipment.

• Specialized Labs & Workspaces: View hands-on training environments tailored for surveying, concrete work, structural steel, and crane safety.

• Classrooms & Technology: Visit dedicated CM classrooms and a 40-seat computer lab built for advanced modeling and design.

• Student & Collaboration Areas: See the dynamic student collaboration spaces, conference and competition team rooms, and the large outdoor learning area.
