Industrial Robotics Demo

About this event

Join IEEE for a demonstration of industrial robotics and automation, featuring robotic arms and industrial robot systems such as those developed by ABB. Explore how robots are programmed, controlled, and integrated into automated manufacturing and industrial processes.

The demonstration will highlight safety and industrial automation application. Participants will gain insight into how functionality, design, and software work together to enable modern robotic applications.

This event is an opportunity for IEEE members, students, faculty, and industry professionals to see and discuss industrial robotics, real-world applications, and learn more about the technologies shaping advanced manufacturing.

Agenda:

Scott Walker will start with a safety and educational discussion. Then we will demo and use the onsite robots.
