About this event
Nothing to achieve, no perfect pose, and nowhere else you need to be. Welcome to Kum Nye. A warm, deeply nurturing Tibetan somatic practice designed to help you slow down, breathe, and come home to your body. Rooted in ancient Tibetan healing traditions, Kum Nye is a beautiful alternative to fast-paced yoga. This class invites you to move through exceptionally slow, gentle rhythms and hold comforting postures that act like a soft massage for your nervous system. Together, we will learn to breathe softly through both the mouth and nose simultaneously, this practice instantly signals to your mind that it is safe to relax. After each gentle movement, we rest in complete stillness to pause. In these quiet moments, you are invited to simply feel - melting away the day's stress, anxiety, and physical tightness, and replacing them with a sense of warm, spacious well-being. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling beautifully grounded, spacious, and deeply renewed.
