About this event
A statewide conversation about capacity, connection, and community prosperity
Free to attend | Food provided | Cocktails available for purchase
Idaho’s rural communities face growing challenges, from disaster risk and aging infrastructure to housing, workforce, and environmental change. At the same time, greater responsibility for resilience and disaster preparedness is shifting to states, Tribal Nations, and local communities.
Join state and local leaders, Tribal Nations, nonprofit organizations, researchers, practitioners, and community partners for an interactive evening of conversation and connection.
Meet people working across Idaho. Exchange ideas across sectors. Discover how your work connects with others.
Together, we will explore Idaho’s existing strengths, gaps in capacity and coordination, and opportunities to better connect people, organizations, and resources. We will also discuss next steps and how the Resilience Institute and other organizations can better support rural communities across the state.
